At the foot of Hautacam, made famous by a Tour de France finish, Christophe and Marie-Pierre welcome you and propose their traditional mountain cuisine.
On reservation, midday or evening, you can enjoy the flowered terrace facing the mountains, or the rustic dining room with seating for up to 60 people.

Developed from fresh produce, the choice meats are supplied by local producers (grilled beef, duck cutlets, mid-cooked fresh foie, mutton or lamb grills...).
Let yourself be tempted by the fresh foie tournedo rossini... and savour the homemade desserts (Bouic Aumônière, or nougat glacé with a raspberry coulis...)
On reservation the Auberge du Bouic proposes it "SPECIAL GARBURE" comprising :

the soup,
the meats (confits and confit ducks necks)
the tasty vegetables,
choice of dessert.

The setting is particularly suitable for family meals, office meetings or group meals. There is a large car park just below the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the view and peacefulness of the area.

The Auberge du Bouic is recommended by the PETIT FUTE. It is open all year round except November.
