Our mid cooked duck foie gras terrine, in Sauterne. The delicateness of the cooking of this foie gras gives it an uncomparable smoothness and finesse. The Sauterne wine adds an unforgettable flavour. To be eaten in thin slices and can be conserved 3 weeks in the refrigerator after each use.
